PADI Instructor Development Course

Instructor Development Course (IDC):
The PADI IDC includes both the PADI Assistant Instructor course and the PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor course. Once completed you can enroll in an Instructor Examination which will certify you as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor. The instructor examination is conducted by a PADI examiner and is not included in the Instructor Development Course.

Prerequisites:

ü        PADI Divemaster (or equivalent with qualifying agency)

ü        18 yrs of age

ü        Be fit for diving a submit a medical signed by your physician

ü        Be a certified diver for at least six months

ü        Logged 60 open water scuba dives including experience in deep, night, and navigation diving (100 dives prior to Instructor Examination)

ü        Current first and CPR certification

Prices do not include: eLearning $320US, IDC crew pack $1107, IE $550, EFR Instructor manual $158, EFR Instructor processing fee $90, equipment, or air fills.
