The PADI Deep Diver Course with AQUASUB SCUBA DIVING CENTRE

The PADI Deep Diver course is designed to provide divers with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely plan and execute dives to depths of up to 40 meters (130 feet). The course covers topics such as the physiological effects of deep diving, how to plan and execute deep dives, and how to manage gas supply and decompression obligations.

During the course, you will learn about the risks and hazards associated with deep diving, and how to properly manage those risks through careful planning and execution of the dive. You will also learn about specialized equipment for deep diving, such as dive computers, and how to manage your gas supply and decompression obligations during the dive.

To enroll in the PADI Deep Diver course, you must have a minimum of the PADI Adventure Diver certification or equivalent, and be at least 15 years old. The course typically includes both classroom and practical sessions, and culminates in several open water dives where you will apply the knowledge and skills you have learned.

The PADI Deep Diver course is an excellent opportunity for experienced divers to expand their diving knowledge and skills, and to explore the exciting world of deeper dives. However, it is important to remember that deep diving can be a hazardous activity, and should only be attempted by divers who are properly trained and prepared.

Explore deeper dive sites with confidence at depths down to 40 metres/130 ft. Learn to manage your gas supply, go over buddy contact procedures, and buoyancy control.

Course Overview

The lure of the deep. There's something exciting and mysterious about exploring deeper dive sites while scuba diving. Sometimes it's a wreck that attracts you below 18 metres/60 feet, and on wall dives it may be a giant fan or sponge. Whatever it is, to scuba dive with confidence at depths down to 40 metres/130 feet, you should take the PADI Deep Diver Specialty course.

If you've earned the PADI Adventure Diver rating or higher, and you're at least 15 years old, you can enroll in the Deep Diver course.
